Ghatprabha Fertilizers was incorporated in 2005 to carry out manufacture of NPK Fertilisers. It has manufacturing unit with a capacity 60,000 MT at Raibag, Karnataka and 20,000 MT at Karad, Maharashtra. It is a part of the Shiva Group engaged in fertiliser, solvent extraction and seeds manufacturing. The parent company of the group Shiva Global Agro Industries (SGAIL) holds 75% stake in GFPL. Mr. Kailash Puramwar having experience of ~2 decades in the agro industry is the CEO of the company.
