About the Company :

RJC Agros Ltd was incorporated in 2011 to set up an integrated agro based industrial distillery, to be backed by 3.3 MW captive power plant. Raw materials like maize, broken rice etc. would be processed and converted into potable alcohol (Extra Neutral Alcohol i.e., ENA), industrial spirit (Impure Spirit, i.e., IS), fuel ethanol (Absolute Alcohol), Carbon di- Oxide and animal feed (DDGS – Distiller’s Dried Grains with Soluble).

Its upcoming project is proposed to be installed in 20.97 acres of land in Rekulakunta, Bukkarayasamudram, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh. The project cost is estimated at Rs. 102.21 Crs (to be funded by the proposed Term Loan of Rs. 68.00 Cr. and Promoters’ Capital of Rs. 34.21 Crs). The main products include Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA) and Impure Spirits (IS), with an estimated capacity at 120 KLPD of ENA and 6 KLPD of IS. The production would be backed by 3.3 MW of Captive power generation. The key by-products are Fusel Oil, raw carbon di-oxide, animal feeds and boiler’s ash. The company is also expected to have tie-ups with major bottling units for the sale of ENA. After obtaining necessary statutory approvals from different government authorities, the Company has started works at the site.

As on 31/01/2017, the promoters’ infusion stands at Rs. 4.02 Crs. The company’s is planning to start trial production from April, 2018 with commercial operations from May 2018.
